AKAR GROUP

AKAR GROUP is an international manufacturing and supply company established with Turkish capital, boasting 41 years of industry experience.
Since 1980, it has been engaged in manufacturing, design, and export in the field of curtain fabrics and decorative home textiles.

In addition to its production facilities in Bursa, AKAR GROUP provides fast and efficient service to its customers through its warehouses and showrooms in Russia, Ukraine, China, and Hungary; and exports to more than 55 countries, including Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

In line with its development-oriented approach, in 2016 it strengthened its product portfolio by expanding its collection with imported velvet and 100% blackout fabrics. By showcasing its wide product collections annually at the Heimtextil Frankfurt and Hometex Istanbul trade fairs, the company combines current industry trends with high quality standards.

In addition to its factory sales channels in Turkey, the company transitioned to a European-based structure with the ASTELIA brand established within the group in 2025; its European sales are structured with a stock-based and roll-based sales model, fast and reliable service approach, fair pricing policy, and a high-level quality approach.
